Eel Skin (Drd/Rgr 2)

   By this spell the caster alters his skin
to that of an eel. They gain the ability to shock others.
On a successful touch attack the caster can do 1d8 points
of damage. The caster must attack with bare skin for the damage
to take effect.

   Coming in contact with the caster while
the spell is in effect causes the same amount of damage. So
wrestling a druid when he had this spell up is a bad idea.
